Supposedly Leopard is available at torrent sites 3 days before release

Technology. I've just heard a bird whisper this to me. It doesn't seem to be confirmed yet that it is indeed the final golden master build that is out there. Apparently the name of the release is APPLE.MAC.OSX.LEOPARD.V10.5.ISO-OSX.
